Welcome everyone, this is Vlad from the vladkostdentalmarketing.com.
Today I’m going to talk to you about my three steps to turning bad reviews into something that makes that prospect actually still want to call your practice.
Bad reviews are something that every one of us get. The trick is to make sure that that bad review still makes that person want to call your practice and schedule that appointment.
1. Interact with all those bad reviews, comment on them and try to resolve the issue. People just want to see that you’re trying and doing your best to resolve whatever issue has come up in business.
2. Interact with all your good reviews as well. Make sure you’re thanking patients by commenting on some of them with name. People want to see that you’re just a human being behind this listing of a business, that you’re not a robot. That you’re a real person. It helps break down barriers of this prospect thinking about calling you.
3. Ask for good reviews from every patient that walks in and out of your door. This is really important. If I look up your Yelp-reviews or your Google-reviews, I should have to actually search for a bad review, so I can see whatever issue it was, see if you try to resolve it and so on and so forth.
Following these three steps is really going to help you turn those bad reviews into something that actually convinces the person that sees them, to still call your practice and schedule that appointment.
I hope this video helps you learn how to generate patients with bad reviews.
